Pall is seeking a talented & dynamic individual to fill the position of Multilingual Service Inside Sales Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing organisation.
The incumbent will be responsible for retaining, supporting, and growing the commercial service business.
This position is part of the PALL EMEA Service team..
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
1) Drive improvement in service contract business including timeliness of renewals, warranty conversions and selling new services.
Service as point of contact to customers, sales, field service engineers and supplier with the objective of retaining growing business.
2) Direct sales of contract, including pricing and proposals.
Work closely with Service Management to identify opportunities, provide leads, and add service agreements.
Provide leads to Service Management and outside Service Sales by leveraging customer purchasing trends on service / suppliers / parts.
3) Service proposal generation for new and existing customers, with timely follow up and feedback provided for all customer issues to lenders.
The essential requirement of the job include:
1) Higher National Diploma (HND) in business.
2) Minimum of 2+ years experience in a internal sales environment.
3) Fluent language skills, to able to communicate with customers verbally and written in; English & Spanish nice to have additional language; French or Italian.
It would be a plus if you possess previous experience in:
1) Service and Filtration environment.
2) Industrial, Chemical and Marine markets.
