La misión del puesto consiste principalmente en la fidelización de los propietarios a través de la gestión profesional de las propiedades con el fin de asegurar y mejorar la calidad de las mismas, creando valor tanto para el cliente como para al propietario.

En dependencia del Director de la oficina de Mallorca, las funciones principales serán:

- Comunicación continua con la cartera de propietarios / propiedades asignadas con el fin de: gestionar correctamente la vivienda, mejorar la calidad de la misma, mejorar la ocupación y la rentabilidad.
- Conocer correctamente cada vivienda y promover propuestas para incrementar la calidad, la ocupación y la rentabilidad de cada una de ellas.
- Asegurar el volumen de negocio relativo a las casas de la cartera y su ocupación.
- Atención a los clientes y coordinación operativa en oficina.
- Generación de contactos para la captación de nuevas propiedades a través del contacto con el propietario o de cualquier otro tipo de contactos propios o de otros profesionales.
- Coordinación con los diferentes colaboradores para asegurar la máxima satisfacción en cada una de las estancias.

Requisitos mínimos:

- Preferiblemente formación en turismo u otra diplomatura.
- Experiência en posición similar como Customer Service o Account Manager.
- Idealmente procedencia del sector turismo o inmobiliario, con experiência en gestión de clientes.
- Idiomas: imprescindibles inglés y español. Muy valorable un tercer idioma como alemán y/o francés.
