Our Client is a consulting firm which provides market intelligence backed by data-driven strategies. They help clients to adapt and translate data into personalized, actionable insights via implementing solutions to guarantee results. As a valued member of our clients teams in the UK and US, you'll be at the forefront making sure that the clients platform users are protected when they log in with enhanced identity verification and modern authentication systems. This is an amazing opportunity to make sure customer accounts stay secure while also providing a smoother experience. They aim is to secure operations of cloud infrastructure, platforms, and software, including the installation, maintenance, and improvement of cloud computing environments.

**Your Tasks Will Include**:

- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify and address
potential security risks.
- Monitoring and responding to incidents in the cloud environment
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Working with analysts, engineers, and data scientists across the organization to continually improve cyber resilience.
- Keep up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to cloud
security.

**To be a good fit for the Cloud Security Engineer role, you will have**:

- 3+ years of experience in cloud security, with experience in AWS and GCP
preferred.
- Experience with Terraform
- Knowledge of security controls and frameworks such as CIS, NIST, and ISO.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in an agile team

**Keys To Success**:

- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
