We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Analyst with a strong background in Google Analytics and Power BI to join our dynamic team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and interpreting data to provide valuable insights that drive business decisions. **Your role**

**As a Data Analyst, your main responsibilities will involve**:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
- Generate reports and dashboards using Power BI to present data-driven insights to stakeholders and team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, define key metrics, and establish reporting requirements.
- Conduct data quality checks and ensure data integrity, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or anomalies.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in designing and implementing data models and visualizations for effective data representation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis, Google Analytics, and Power BI.

**Your Skills and Experience**

**As a Data Analyst, your skills and experience will ideally include**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, including proficiency in setting up tracking, analyzing data, and generating reports.
- Proficiency in Power BI or other business intelligence tools for data visualization and reporting.
- Familiarity with SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Basic understanding of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Experience with web analytics and digital marketing platforms.
