Descripción del puesto

De acuerdo con las normativas de Anti-Money Laundering (AML) y del control de Financiación del Terrorismo (TF), Deutsche Bank está obligado a realizar tareas de chequeo de la información y de las actividades de sus clientes tanto de los existentes como de los potenciales.

Estos controles y revisiones deben realizarse con sujeción a las normativas establecidas por las diferentes regulaciones del país y de acuerdo a las políticas internas y procesos establecidos en DB; procedimientos KYC - Know Your Customer y Directivas Europeas de AML/TF.

El puesto requiere actuar como un punto de contacto con las unidades de Business para gestionar la revisión de la información legalmente establecida y exigible tanto a nuevos o clientes existentes, con el objetivo de poder determinar su corrección y adecuación a las normativas internas y externas. Así mismo, para la gestión de los datos estáticos relacionados con los clientes CIB.

Esto implica mantener estrecha colaboración y coordinación con los Relationship Managers de las unidades de Business, así como con los representantes del resto de unidades involucradas en estos procesos, tales como: Implementations & Services, Anti-Financial Crime, Compliance...

Conocimiento de regulaciones relacionadas: MiFID II, FATCA, CRS...

Responsabilidades del puesto
- Reconocer los riesgos relacionados con la adopción y revisión de clientes, realizar los análisis correspondientes para su correcta identificación, verificación, clasificación, escalado y aprobación.
- Mantener efectiva colaboración con los Relationship Manager de Business y las unidades de AFC, I&S.
- Asegurar la consecución de los objetivos de revisión y control establecidos para el grupo.
- Trabajar en equipo con analistas y responsables, contribuyendo a una adecuada detección de riesgos y aportando eficiencia en el análisis de los casos asignados.
- Mantener una actualización constante en las reglas y normativas de aplicación relacionadas con su función. Actualización de las normas y procedimientos de aplicación.
- Interacción con los sistemas locales y globales para el registro y actualización de la información.
- Mantener control y facilitar reporting del estatus y situación de los expedientes en revisión.
- Estrecha colaboración con otros equipos internacionales de Client Lifecycle Management y de Static Data.

Gestión de equipos
- No Inicialmente requerido. Valorable disponer de experiência en este aspecto.

Experiência
- Imprescindible disponer de experiência previa de mínimo 1 año en Conocimiento del Cliente (KYC) y Prevención de Blanqueo de Capitales (AML) en los últimos 3 años de experiência laboral.
- Imprescindible disponer de experiência previa de mínimo 1 año en Contacto con Cliente (Altos cargos, directores financieros, departamento legal de grandes corporaciones).
- Imprescindible disponer de conocimiento de los productos de Banca Corporativa.
- Se valorará formación Legal, Asesoría Jurídica, Compliance, KYC.
- Valorable experiência en Auditoria, Control calidad internos y externos.
- Se valorará experiência en mantenimiento de datos estáticos de clientes / apertura de cuentas o mantenimiento de condiciones.
- Experiência y facilidad de uso de herramientas Office (Excel, Word, Access).
- Facilidad para trabajar en equipo y en colaboración con otras unidades.
- Habilidad y experiência en el uso de aplicaciones internas y externas para registro de datos.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar festivos / Sábados en función de picos de trabajo.

Formación / Perfil personal
- Preferiblemente disponer de un grado relacionado con: Derecho, Economía, Dirección y Administración de Empresas, Gestión Bancaria...
- Imprescindible nível alto de inglés hablado y escrito.

- Otros idiomas que no sean Inglés
- Adaptabilidad, proactividad y capacidad para gestionar diferentes tareas de forma coordinada.
