**Junior Business Analyst**:

**Overview**:
**Healios** is seeking a highly motivated and analytical **Junior Business Analyst** to join our growing team. As a key member of the product team, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, development, and execution of our product strategy and roadmap.

**Position duties and obligations (responsibilities and requirements)**:

- Requirement gathering documentation
- High-level design documentation
- Design and implementation of use cases and user acceptance tests
- Implementation of UML and sequence diagrams
- Gathering and analyzing data on customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy and development.
- Developing business cases to support product decisions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including software delivery and data, to define and prioritize product features and requirements.
- Conducting market and customer research to inform product strategy and roadmap.

**Necessary Competence (education/qualification)**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field
- Proficient English: reading, writing, speaking
- 1-2 years of experience in a business analysis or product management role, preferably in a technology or healthcare setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with SQL or other data analysis tools is a plus
