**We’re looking for**

We’re looking for an ambitious young professional that helps us scale our partnership strategy in Spain.

This role is a combination of sales and account management functions. You’ll contribute to partnership acquisition while you support our engagement with existing partners, working with them periodically to fulfil their needs and maximise the impact of each partnership.

The main goal of our partnership strategy is to acquire new users, so you’ll be part of the marketing team and will work closely with them to develop solutions for partner needs.

We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills but who is also well-organised. Somebody who is able to develop relationships with different stakeholders while making things happen.

We’re now setting the foundations of the partnership function, so based on the results during the internship period (six months), we’ll consider transforming this role into a full-time Partnerships Specialist.

**What you will do**
- Reaching out to potential partners, in line with our partnership strategy
- Keeping our partner pipeline active and up to date
- Help us develop a close relationship with existing partners, working on an ongoing basis with them and proactively presenting different initiatives to make the most of the collaboration
- Assist in the communications between the partners and TaxScouts teams. You’ll make sure that partner needs are fulfilled in time.
- Taking care of the operational side of partnerships: you’ll help us take care of all the actions we have agreed with the partners, and you’ll execute the tasks needed to ensure that partner needs are fulfilled in time.
- Thinking about new ways to approach partners and taking up other related tasks as needed.
- A student or a fresh grad from any university degree. We’re looking for skills and attitude over specific education.
- A good communicator. You love talking and interacting with people.
- A problem fixer. You enjoy helping people and finding solutions for any given situation.
- As organised as Monica from Friends. You classify your tasks and projects, and you manage to work on different projects at the same time.
- Proactive and ambitious, willing to take the extra mile to achieve your goals.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
