- Responsible for any new system changes in Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud.
- Understands the data model related to Salesforce.
- Ability to understand an implemented architecture, and deliver on technical specifications.
- Support and troubleshoot any integration issues, end user issues and identify appropriate solutions.
- Act as first line of support and user training; including onboarding new starters and user access to the system.
- Ability to accurately scope, plan and estimate level of effort for tasks, with appropriate balance of risk and effort.
- Design, Create and maintain user roles, profiles and hierarchies.
- Monitor usage and mentor users/groups needing assistance.
- Process Creation, Documentation and Maintenance - Document company processes and workflows. Develop process documentation and field maps.
- Ensure data integrity by merging duplicate Leads, Contacts, and Accounts; performing mass uploads and updates of data as required; Removing unnecessary fields and data; ensuring screens, fields and workflow have accurate names and reflect current workflow.
- Work with other Sales cloud, Service cloud and Marketing cloud team members to build integrated solutions.
- Create new reporting capabilities, maintain existing reports and dashboards and respond to ad hoc reporting requests as needed.
- Develop complex, macro driven reports to summarise system information for Senior Management.

**Requirements**:
**We are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information or Business Systems and/or equivalent work experience.
- Salesforce certifications - ADM201 is required.
- Solid core Salesforce platform knowledge (Sales, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud) and have successfully expanded on those capabilities through the use of custom code (Apex, s-controls) and/or integration with external systems.
- 7+ years Salesforce experience in Admin and Development.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Apex, Lightning, and Visualforce development.
- Participated in at least one or two end to end implementation of Sales or Service or Marketing Cloud.
- Working knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).
- Salesforce/System Integration experience with any Billing, or Subscriptions system is a PLUS.
- Salesforce/System Integration experience with backend office data systems is a PLUS.
- Excellent business analysis & communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to support stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to balance and prioritize workload.
- Ability to work independently with very little supervision, as well as part of a team.
