**Exciting Opportunity: Data Analyst in Healthcare Consulting**:
**Location**: Madrid or Barcelona

Are you a data enthusiast with a passion for healthcare? Join our dynamic Healthcare Consulting Services Team as a **Data Analyst** and contribute to impactful projects that transform healthcare organizations and systems.

As a Data Analyst, you will be involved in the development and delivery of multiple consulting projects for a variety of healthcare clients, including public and private hospitals, regional healthcare systems, and health insurance companies. Your role will cover the entire data process, from data collection to transforming it into actionable insights and solutions.

**What You’ll Do**:

- ** Project Contribution**: Assist in the design, development, and delivery of projects for healthcare organizations.
- ** Data Analysis**: Statistically process and analyze large healthcare databases, including laboratory and clinical biomarkers, pharmacy, and administrative data.
- ** Dashboard Design**: Create and implement dashboards using business intelligence tools.
- ** Data Modeling**: Build, develop, and maintain data models, automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics to support key business decisions.
- ** Insight Generation**: Use analytical techniques to generate and interpret key findings, leveraging these insights to support business outcomes.
- ** Client Interaction**: Contribute to the preparation, execution, and follow-up of client meetings and deliverables.
- ** Research**: Conduct desk research using internal and external sources.
- ** Industry Knowledge**: Proactively develop your knowledge of the healthcare industry and consulting methodologies.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: Minimum of 1+ years in data analysis.
- ** Technical Skills**: Proficiency in R/Python programming, SQL database/coding, and advanced Excel skills.
- ** Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- ** Attention to Detail**: Methodical and logical approach with accuracy and attention to detail.
- ** Problem-Solving**: Excellent problem-solving skills.
- ** Execution**: Consistently meet deadlines with excellent execution skills.
- ** Passion**: A genuine passion for healthcare.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in advanced analytics projects.
- Experience with data warehouse systems and dashboards.
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools (Tableau preferred).
- Understanding of the healthcare sector and main hospital processes.
