Beauty Consultant

**Position**:
LVMH BEAUTY SPAIN - MADRID

For several of our Beauty Brands, we are looking for **3 Beauty consultant** for ECI based in Madrid.

The Beauty Consultant will be the Brand ambassador. This person will need to achieve sales targets while promoting the Brand image and providing the highest standard customer service.

As a brand ambassador, your responsibility is to convey the brand values to your customers.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Sell the Brand products and provide a high standard customer service throughout the whole sale
- Increase brand awareness and loyalty among consumers
- Identify, understand and reformulate the customers’ needs
- Monitoring of the competition (special actions, launches, etc.)
- Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers
- KPI Point of Sales Follow-up.
- Develop personal and durable relationships with customers, through IT loyalty program, sampling, etc.
- Achieve retail sales targets on a monthly basis
- Participate in merchandising maintenance / inventory according to corporate guidelines
- Monitor stock levels and report any issues to the Area Manager to ensure the enough products / items in the store
- Conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks

**PROFILE**
- **Previous experience within the industry would be an advantage**:

- Skincare expertise or Perfumes
- Must have flexible schedule, and ability to observe vacation blackout periods
- English B2

**Additional information**:

- 3 open positions
- Permanent contract - 40 hrs/week.
- Permanent contract - 36 hrs/week. (From Monday to Saturday, and occasionally Sunday and bank holidays) - Background: Expert in perfumes and/or skincare.
