**What do you have to offer?**
- Min. 3 years of valid experience in a similar admin function or related procurement position.
- Strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, data oriented, comfortable with digital technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Ability to think critically, digest diverse inputs and innovate solutions.
- Creative, agile, flexible and resilient.
- Action oriented and solution minded team player with high degree of self-management.
- Excellent English-written and spoken.

**Which task can you expect?**
- Administering all procurement requests through the Procurement Sourcing Application ensuring all sourcing tracks within SD Worx are properly being managed.
- Continuously seek for process optimizations and help maturing the Procurement organization.
- Maintaining the strategic supplier scorecards and the strategic supplier dashboard.
- Making sure all requests coming into our central Corporate Procurement mailbox are properly handled.
- Maintaining our contract database and making sure contract renewals are timely initiated.
- Helping the head of Procurement with supplier reporting to keep our SD Worx supplier master data up to date.
- Negotiating smaller contract renewals, next to organizing Supplier Relationship Management.
