CBRE GWS, empresa especializada en mantenimiento de instalaciones en edificios, precisa incorporar a un técnico/a de climatizacion para uno de nuestros clientes situado en Tres cantos Madrid

Instalación/Mantenimiento/Reparación de Instalaciones de climatización, electricidad baja tensión, etc. desempeñando como principales funciones las siguientes tareas:

- Diagnóstico y reparación de averías climatización (conocimientos específicos equipos VRV).
- Revisión de equipos y componentes de climatización
- Automatismos: control y maniobra de las instalaciones de climatización
- Interpretación de esquemas electromecánicos
- Puesta en marcha diaria de instalaciones y climatización
- Inspección diaria de las instalaciones de climatización
- Atención primaria de incidencias y averías de climatización
- Supervisión de mantenimientos realizados por proveedores de climatización
- Realización de pequeñas reparaciones (cerrajería, fontanería, etc...)
- Disponibilidad horaria para atención de incidencias y trabajo

adicionales en fines de semana.- Conocer los procedimientos del cliente, trasmitirlos y velar por ellos.
- Canalizar las sugerencias, incidencias y el día a día con los servicios de mantenimiento a su cargo.
