**Position**:

You will be part of our Finance Team based in Madrid and reporting to the Consolidation and reporting Responsible.

**Your role will be**:
Prepare monthly closings:

- Prepare and coordinate financial presentations (budget, executive summary, weekly sales ) for LVMH Group and Comex
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis (data consolidation from markets, shop profit by stores )
- Prepare weekly reporting (sales analysis by nationality, products )
- Be the technical support to all subsidiaries for group accounting rules
- Key user of the Reporting tool (SYRUS), review and control of the main additional information to send to the group
- Manage and train the consolidation & reporting trainee
- Monthly sales report and analysis
- Activity, treasury and intercos report
- Expenses analysis
- Regional calls to analyse results
- Continuous improvement and optimization of reporting process
- Capex analysis and follow-up

The position works mainly with excel/PWP, SyRUS (consolidation tool), Data (extraction of main data for Loewe), PowerBI and interact with the controllers from the regions, merchandising team, stock team, HO

**Profile**:
**What is important for the role**:

- Master's or bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior finance control position within a fast paced and dynamic business environment, preferably as a Senior Control Manager.
- Proven experience handling corporate financial affairs within a vast and matrix business setting. Extensive experience dealing with subsidiaries is key.
- Highly adept in technology and excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook )
- Fluency in Spanish & English is required and French is a plus.
- Passionate & understanding of retail, fashion and luxury sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient preparing clear, concise and accurate information.
