**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Embrace agility beyond frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. This role calls for someone who understands Lean mindset and practices.
- Strategic use of data; data driven decisions through the interpretation of data and an evidenced based approach to aid decision making. Perform fact-driven analysis, developing points of view and actionable recommendations that influence the use of key claims systems.
- Support the development of roadmaps that reflect the gaps in the claims team needs, as well as foundational technology capabilities and other enablers
- Demonstrate an adept understanding of end-to-end business flows and the ability to translate those flows into solutions
- Understand the customer experience by adopting an outside in focus and using customer journey maps to create solutions that Chubb employees want to use.
- Analyse as-is and to-be business processes to incorporate creation and maintenance of business process models, context models, user stories, business rules, screen flows and keystroke level detail according to an agreed standard (Method, Tool and Quality including Agile)
- Ensure that relevant stakeholders are involved in specification of new or in the improvement of existing capabilities/services and that the overall user experience is considered
- Identify opportunities and services including understanding motivators for adoption of solutions and unlock challenges that the claims team face
- Formulate business requirements to support IT solution design / to-be processes, achieved through the construction of user stories from features identified within epics
- Support delivery of process design and optimization. Conduct data collection and quantitative analysis, BPO/BPR/BPA opportunity identification, quantification and prioritization, and develop recommendations.
- Provide input to acceptance criteria to be approved by the Product Manager and Owner. The acceptance criteria per user story will ensure the product is built right and the right product is built for the customer/employee
- Provide a COG overview of regional requirements ensuring that the needs of each region supports the other, where practical;
- Assist in the Regional and COG prioritization of Change Requests and Enhancements to ensure that any changes support the COG Target Operating Model;
- Liaise closely with the respective IT team & business product owners to ensuring clear communication of design and requirements ensuring these meet the business needs;
- Provide input to test scenarios and support testing of solutions (unit testing and integrated testing)
- Plan and hold demonstrations to showcase working components of the solution to key stakeholders.
- Conform to governance requirements throughout the lifecycle of each project (Tollgates, Risk and Quality and Audit).
- Ensure consistency and traceability between requirements, functional specifications and testing.
- Validate and support testing and training, including review of training documentation.
- Gain a thorough understanding of relevant dashboards and MI provisions to ensure that the solutions identified meet the MI needs of the collective Line of Business, country, region.

Qualifications EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in the financial or healthcare industries; insurance experience is preferred
- Ideally fluent in Spanish as a second language to English;
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis
- Green Belt Certification, PMP, in training or equivalent project experience
- Emphasis on user-centered product design and data-driven decisions in product development
- Project Management skills
