**Your responsibilities**:

- Objective of the internship:

- This intern role will assist the LSC team in carrying out ABB’s internal integrity processes, legal research, non-disclosure agreement review, website and communications updates, generating reports, data compilation, data quality assistance, data analysis, and general administrative work.
- Tasks to be performed:

- Assist LSC team in internal integrity processes, especially ABB’s internal conflicts of interest process
- Serves as part of a team of lawyers providing investigations support to ABB’s global legal community.
- Maintain LSC website, assist with ABB’s Legal & Integrity newsletter, draft LSC communications
- Assist LSC in redlining NDAs from ABB’s teams from around the globe
- Provides support in drafting, reviewing, and analyzing agreements and other legal documents.
- Prepares legal research briefs responding to queries from ABB’s lawyers around the globe
- Prepares slides in PowerPoint
- Generates reports in Excel, creates pivot tables of data, compiles data into charts, assures data quality
- General administrative work.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong writing, organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel, and general understanding of legal technology platforms and operations.
- Languages:

- Proficient written and spoken communication skills in English. C2 strongly preferred
- Fluency in another language would be an asset (Italian, German, Russian, Arabic, or Chinese a strong plus)
