Setting goals and objectives for department employees, monitoring their implementation and evaluating the results.

Recruitment, training, adaptation and development of department employees.

Preparation and presentation of reports and their impact on the financial stability of the company.

Monitoring the loan portfolio, analyzing the default and profitability levels, developing and implementing measures to improve them.

Cooperation with other departments to minimize risks.

Development, support and improvement of the credit scoring system, monitoring its relevance.

Evaluation of the efficiency of automation systems and DSS (Decision Support System), regular updating and improvement of algorithms.

Tracking changes in the market and implementation of modern automation tools, analytics and forecasting models.

Development of data visualization (dashboards, reports) for effective presentation of information.

Analysis of employee performance, regular feedback and implementation of measures to improve their efficiency.

Monitoring key metrics of the loan portfolio (approval rate, default, profitability, delinquency) and taking corrective measures.

Conducting a comprehensive analysis of the department's activities to improve work, optimize processes and increase the company's performance.

Requirements: Spanish, Ukrainian, English.

Experience in banks and financial institutions (preferably from 3 years)

Excel skills

Ability to work in a team

Excellent communication skills, non-conflict

Stress resistance and a high level of analytical skills

Readiness for continuous learning and self-development

Show initiative, ability to make decisions independently
