- Within the Group Legal & contract management, the Global Head of Litigations and Dispute Resolution reports to the Group General Counsel, and their key responsibilities are to:

- Meet the objectives determined by the Group General Counsel function.
- Drive the management of the day-to-day caseload for low to medium risks litigation cases by supervising the registration of those cases into the legal management system and reviewing their accuracy.
- Actively support the executive management for high-risk litigation cases by proactively delivering legal solutions seeking at resolving the dispute in the best interests of Atos.
- Drive the Litigation and Dispute Resolution reporting activities by coordinating with the General Counsels of the geographies to ensure timely provision of documentation related to Major Risk Report, Universal Registration Document, and relevant Key Performance Indicators.
- Represent the Group Legal & Contract Management organization at the Group Risk Management Committee.
- Lead the relationship with the insurance companies and brokers
- Manage the services provided by external legal counsels, and related to litigations and dispute resolution matters, including approval of expenses above EUR 10,000.
- Provide training and mentoring on legal matters including (i) delivering sessions on dispute management and resolution, (ii) coordinating the training delivered by other functions from the Group Legal and Contract Management function Group law firms
- Lead the cooperation with the other departments of Group Legal & Contract management on transversal initiatives such as legal technology and innovation.
- Attract, develop, direct, motivate and drive performance of an in-house organization of legal professionals.
- Keep abreast of legislative and regulatory changes relevant to the Litigations and Dispute Resolution function.

**Requirements**:

- Professional and Technical Requirements:

- University degree in Law.
- Excellent working knowledge of civil/common contract law, negotiation, litigation, and dispute management.
- 7-10 years’ work experience gained as in-house counsel in a Fortune 100 IT Company or in a global or national law firm.
- Proven experience of the IT business.
- Strong ability to work in a multicultural and international environment.
- Strong eye for business.
