En Endesa tenemos un firme compromiso con la formación y captación del talento. Por eso ofrecemos un Plan de Becas a recién titulados/as universitarios que quieran formar parte de un modelo de aprendizaje colaborativo orientado a adquirir competencias profesionales.

Para esta beca, buscamos personas recién Graduadas en Ingeniería Informática o similar, o que estén a falta de su TFG, para incorporarse a través de una beca al área de Test and Performance dentro de Enel Green Power and Thermal Generation en Endesa “Palma de Mallorca”.

**¿Qué hace la Unidad?**

El departamento de Ensayos y Resultados + Ingresos Territorios No Peninsulares aglutina información relacionada con el funcionamiento de cada una de las centrales del Sistema Eléctrico Balear, valida la coherencia de esta información y, para ello cruza datos de varias fuentes e interacciona con las diferentes plantas para asegurar la fiabilidad y bondad del dato. El departamento identifica posibles puntos de mejora en la gestión y soporta la información que se traslada al cliente externo/interno.

**¿En qué colaborarás?**
- Tratamiento y manejo de datos en el cruce de información contenida en varios repositorios/APPs.
- Programación para montar checks y validaciones.
- Tratamiento de bases de datos (programación Python).

**¿Qué formación y conocimientos van a ser considerados?**
- Grado en Ingeniería Informática o similar, o a falta del TFG.
- Programación Python.
- Inglés.

Además será valorable que cuentes con:

- Catalán.
- Italiano.

**¿Qué ofrecemos?**

Prácticas en ENDESA, **Programa SWING**:

- Ayuda de estudio de 900,00 € brutos mensuales
- Horario: Híbrido - Jornada completa
- Centro de trabajo en España: Palma de Mallorca

Las becas de Endesa tienen una duración de 12 meses. Constan de dos partes, una Formación Práctica en la Empresa y una Formación Académica.

La Formación Práctica en la Empresa tendrá una jornada completa de lunes a viernes (formato híbrido), un periodo de descanso de 22 días laborables al año y una ayuda al estudio de 900€ brutos. De forma paralela, se realiza la Formación Académica**:Máster en Gestión Organizacional, Competencias Clave y Analítica de Datos, de la Universidad Camilo José Cela (120 ECTS**), en formato online, cuyo objetivo principal es el aprendizaje y la mejora del perfil competencial.
