Actualmente, buscamos una persona que se una al equipo de **Finance** en nuestras oficinas de Madrid como **Head of Administration.**

**¿Cómo será tu día a día?**
- Será responsable de la contabilidad de civitatis, y del registro y pago a tiempo de los innumerables proveedores y colaboradores.
- Liderará proyectos de IT para mejoras y automatización de procesos Financieros.
- También será responsable de la Auditoría Anual.
- Auditoría externa e interna.
- Liderar el Proceso mensual de cierre. Elaboración de PyG y Balance Sheet mensual
- Preparación de impuestos con estricto cumplimiento de los plazos (SII, IVA, IRPF, Intracomunitario, Sociedades), con el apoyo y supervisión del Tax manager
- Gestión del proceso de facturas acreedores y notas de gastos empleados.
- Control tarjetas de la empresa.
- Emisión facturas otros ingresos.
- Control de gastos por departamento y provisiones correspondientes.
- Preparación contabilización nómina mensual.
- Relación con asesoría externa.
- Activos Fijos e inversiones.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en CC Económicas y Empresariales / Grado en ADE o Finanzas y Contabilidad.
- Se valorará Master en Finance, MBA o similar.
- Inglés medio-alto (C1).
- Capacidad de concentración y foco, organización, orden, detalle, meticulosidad.
- Experiência de 5/6 años en funciones similares (preferiblemente en B4) habiendo gestionado contabilidad, pagos, conciliación bancaria.
- Manejo avanzado de Excel. Manejo de Navision (Microsoft Business central), valorable conocimientos en otras ERP.
- Capacidad de concentración y foco, organización, orden y detalle.
- Capacidad de gestionar equipo, múltiples tareas., liderazgo.
