Job description and responsibilities
Tasks- Telephone central- Welcome service- Internal event management (trainings, seminars) with organization of catering, hotels, travels for clients- Internal travel organization (coordination with our travel agency)- Support to the Human Resources Department- Mail service (incoming and outgoing), continuous pick-up and sending of mails- Petty cash (small cash for purchase and post duties)- Purchase, stocking and handling of office material- Purchase and organisation of convenience goods (kitchen, beverage for seminars and events)- Responsibility for the Energy Point and Seminar rooms- General administration support
**Requirements**:
Professional skills- Administration education- Good IT knowledge- Driving license
Personal skills- Customer-oriented attitude- Toughness- Friendly and cultivated behaviour- Cost consciousness- Well organized
Language skills- Spanish as mother tongue- English spoken and written (C1)- German an advantage
