**Job Description**:
**Profile**
- More than 10-15 years of experience in cards authorization, Mastercard and Visa payment networks, products, services and associated technologies (e.g., EMV, NFC, mobile payments) and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in business research and implementation in Payments Cards Network processing via ISO-8583 and SWIFT payments for cross-border payments, including implementation of debit-credit card programs, authorization processors, clearing-settlement processing.
- Implementation of all regulatory systems in many Latin America countries. Implemented prepaid cards (Processing as Credit) with MasterCard.
- Subject matter expert with end-to-end cards
- Good experience using Agile framework in projects

**Qualification**
- Post Graduation / Masters Degree
