**Plan de formación propuesto**

El estudiante se integrará en el **departamento de Market Access**, donde se le facilitará la participación en un entorno de aprendizaje práctico y colaborativo. Bajo la tutela de profesionales experimentados, se fomentará el desarrollo de competencias en áreas clave del acceso al mercado farmacéutico.

**Objetivos Formativos**:
El objetivo es ofrecer una experiência formativa integral en el departamento de Market Access, donde el estudiante del **programa CITIUS** **podrá explorar y entender las dinámicas de acceso al mercado en el sector farmacéutico. Este entorno proporcionará una base sólida para aplicar y expandir los conocimientos adquiridos durante su formación académica, especialmente en áreas como análisis de datos, estrategia comercial, y comunicación científica.

**Principales Responsabilidades**:

- ** Exploración de Estrategias de Market Access**:Familiarización con las estrategias de acceso al mercado y su aplicación práctica, enfocándose en cómo las políticas de salud y los marcos regulatorios impactan la disponibilidad de medicamentos y vacunas.
- ** Análisis y Planificación Estratégica**: Desarrollo de habilidades analíticas y estratégicas mediante la participación en la planificación y evaluación de actividades de Market Access, con un énfasis en la adaptación a las necesidades de áreas terapéuticas específicas.
- ** Gestión de Información y Comunicación**: Fortalecimiento de las competencias en gestión de información y habilidades comunicativas, a través de la preparación y revisión de materiales promocionales y la organización de eventos y reuniones internas y externas.

**¿Qué perfil buscamos?**
- ** Estudiante universitario de grado a falta de TFG/PFC o Titulado universitario de grado**: Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas ADE, Grado en Biotecnología, Grado en Farmacia, Grado en Biología, Grado en Bioquímica, Grado en Química
- ** Competencias en Idiomas**: nível C1 de Inglés.

**Aptitudes del Candidato**
- Habilidades: Análisis, flexibilidad, gestión de múltiples tareas, iniciativa propia.
