Corporate HRbp

We are looking for a **Corporate HRBP** **that will act as a real business partner for both employees and managers, supporting them in a wide range of people projects. The person will work in an international environment, being **English the shared language** and mandatory for this role.

**In the role you will perform the following tasks**:

- Influence, challenge and develop relations of trust with the managers to support them in building, managing and developing their teams
- Provide expert input across a range of HR issues and ensure the HR Processes are integrated across the organization
- Proactively detect, design and deliver high-impact solutions that meet the needs of the business
- Collaborate with the rest of the HR areas (HR Ops and Recruitment) to ensure excellent delivery of all HR matters
- Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of tools and policies and understand the landscape for further improvement

- Immediate EU work permit
- Fluent in English
- This position is based in Madrid, so the person needs to be based there or nearby
- +7 years of experience as HRBP
- Preferably experience in Health Care and/or hospitality
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
- Strong focus on business
- Strong digital mindset and significant skills in MS and HRIS
- Excellent ability to deal with uncertainty
