**You Will Be Part of Growing Team**

The Talent Acquisition CoE supports Corteva's growth & overall strategy by finding and attracting the best talent. We are currently looking for a new role in our team, a Talent Acquisition Consultant (International Recruiter) based in France, ideally in Drusenheim (next to Strasbourg), but it can be open to other locations where we have a manufacturing site Cernay or Aussone (Toulouse).

Join our team for this exciting opportunity to be leading the Talent Acquisition agenda, supporting Corteva's business growth through engaging and hiring the best talents. The role resides in our Talent function, where you will collaborate with colleagues across the globe within Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Development.

**Your Challenge**:

- Holding responsibility for end-to-end recruitment within France and other European countries when required, for main Business Units (Seeds and Crop Protection), corporate functions.
- Sustaining close working relationships with hiring managers and HR to drive staffing solutions and execute recruiting projects.
- Provide expertise on sourcing methodologies within Europe, develop strong knowledge of Corteva and the markets we recruit from.
- Participate in CoE projects and initiatives as required at regional or global level.
- Ensure strong support to our Diversity & Inclusion agenda.
- Vendor management.
- Comply with all relevant standards both internally and externally.

**Qualifications**:** To Grow What Matters, You Will Need**
- 4+ years of professional recruiter experience
- Experience gained from in-house and search firm environment, with a successful background in delivering challenging and complex searches.
- Full proficiency in English and French. A third language will be a plus.
- Track record within international recruitment would be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the French recruitment landscape.
- Experience / knowledge of the hiring in production/manufacturing will be a plus;
- Strong experience using ATS and CRM in daily activities (Taleo will be a plus).
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment and comfortable to interact with all levels of management
- Effectively manage and execute on a different challenging priorities at the same time.
- Ability to develop effective relationships with customers, colleagues and stakeholders.
