- The _Centre Administrator_ is a full-time opportunity working across 2 locations. Brickworks - Southport 3 days per week and Gasworks - Newstead 2 days per week._ This varied administrative role, involving processing general accounts, and coordinating tenant and contractor activities, to ensure the smooth running of the centres administration.

How you will make an impact
- Assisting with the month end and accounts payable process.
- Driving centres arrears collection and completing tenant reconciliations.
- Maintaining monthly Extended Trade model.
- Facilitating tenant recharges such as water, grease traps, and associated.
- Administrative tasks including raising work orders, purchase orders, and service contracts.
- Assisting the Centre Manager, Marketing Manager, and Operations Manager with adhoc tasks as required. site inductions.

About You

Whilst retail / property industry experience is desirable, what is most crucial is sound administration skills with a particular strength in managing financials. Important is the flexibility to travel between Brickworks and Gasworks. You will have:

- A strong customer service focus.
- The ability to maintain attention to detail and follow processes.
- The ability to prioritise, stay organised and take initiative.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Systems savvy.
