**Senior Bioinformatician**

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of professional experience in R or Python development
- Experience with communication across teams with different backgrounds (e.g. tech - non-tech, backend - frontend)
- Good knowledge of: bash, linux
- Experience with git and gitflow
- Test Driven Development, good coding practices
- CI/CD tools (gitlab CI/CD, Jenkins)
- Containerization (docker)
- Relational databases (PostgreSQL)
- Experience in collaborative coding (working concurrently with other team members on the same codebase, code review & feedback system)
- Product owner-like skills - gathering requirements, contact with clients / stakeholders
- Communication skills
- As the team is distributed between US, Canada and Poland it is required to participate in some meetings in evening calls. No later than 9PM CET.

- Genomics-related analyses or other biological data analysis
