Desde The Whiteam, estamos seleccionando un/a **IDM (Integration Delivery Manager)/** **Project Manager **de dominio con una visión** E2E** de un producto/servicio.
- Compartir con los propietarios del flujo de valor las funcionalidades y características del producto o servicio.
- Trabajar en la descomposición funcional con los propietarios del producto (ayudado por los RTEs).
- Asegurar las refinaciones necesarias y sesiones con los equipos de los diferentes VS impactados.
- Responsable del presupuesto correspondiente a cada grupo de productos y su correcto consumo y seguimiento.
- Gestiona los planes de entrega y lanzamiento para cada grupo de productos asignados a su vertical, ayudando a definir un MVP en cada caso con el Prop. Proposition Product Manager.
- Es responsable de gestionar y ayudar a resolver los riesgos planteados por los líderes del flujo de valor.
- Debe garantizar la creación de las características por parte de la Gestión de Propuestas para el inicio de cada una de las fases.
- Realiza un seguimiento de los pilotos alfa y beta con QA de los productos de los que es responsable para ayudar al país.
- Asegura que las estrategias de pruebas y los entornos previos estén disponibles para las validaciones necesarias.
- Debe garantizar el cierre del proyecto con la correspondiente transferencia al área de Explotación/Servicio y llevar a cabo una retrospectiva.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Ser el nexo entre los mundos de Negocio e IT, asegurando que se documentan los requisitos, se refinan, se resuelven los bugs y se cumplen los plazos comprometidos y se entregan en plazo.
- Cubrir todas las fases de flujo de suit de alarma: instalación, mantenimiento, funcionamiento, gestión por parte del cliente del mismo, etc.

**Perfil Requerido**:

- Experiência previa como Project Manager, preferiblemente en el ámbito de integración de productos/servicios.
- Conocimientos sólidos de gestión de proyectos y metodologías ágiles.
- Habilidad para trabajar en colaboración con equipos multidisciplinarios y multiculturales.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de presión.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en un modelo híbrido y para viajar de manera puntual, normalmente dos veces al año.
- Nível de Inglés avanzado.

**Ubicación**: Madrid, España. Modelo híbrido, con presencialidad en la oficina de cliente uno o dos días a la semana.
