Grifols, S.A. is looking for an IT Validation Technician 1. The IT Validation Technician 1 supports the execution of the defined validation methodologies which comply with company standards and regulatory requirements. This role also oversees teams and validation resources engaged in validation activities.
**What your Responsibilities will be**
You will have the opportunity to:
- Create, review, and update required documentation for changes and projects as assigned in accordance with IT Methodology.
- Help to ensure that validation plans are agreed prior to execution and all plan requirements are fulfilled and approved upon completion of each validation step.
- Ensure IT quality, legal, and regulatory compliance through adherence to quality control standards in all activities.
- Support the development, documentation, and evolution of IT policies, procedures, and tools to align with business and IT strategies and ensure sustainability of services.
- Monitor and address assigned issues to ensure timely resolution; updates stakeholders regularly on progress.
- Support the execution of a clear, concise, documented process for the assessment and validation of system implementations, changes, and/or integration of technologies.
- Assist in maintaining and evolving the validation documentation of the systems, assuring that the documentation is up to date and compliant with current regulations.
- Assist in documentation of industry and IT best practices in areas of responsibility and expertise.
- Ensure compliance with technology policies and regulatory requirements and take appropriate action to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
**Who you are**
- You have a degree in Computer Science or similar.
- You speak fluent English.
- You are communicative and proactive.
- You have MsOffice Knowledge as advanced user.
- You have Team working skills.
- You have experience in GxP regulated environments.
- You have knowledge in GxP regulations or you are interested in.
