Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

- Gathering business analytical requirements and building related reports in Power BI
- Working with Data Engineers to build related data sets in the Data Warehouse
- Prioritizing business and information needs with management
- Identifying new process improvement opportunities
- Developing documentation for existing processes
- Combining raw information from different sources
- Exploring ways to enhance data quality and reliability
- Managing users and user roles in Power BI

Education and Professional Qualifications:

- Good understanding and experience in Cloud Data warehouses, with knowledge of Azure Synapse being a plus
- Must have knowledge of Power BI
- Expertise in statistics, reports, and dashboard building
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Good command of the English language, with French being a plus
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy

**Experience**:

- Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
- Technical expertise in data models, database design, data mining, and segmentation techniques
- Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases
- Strong knowledge of reporting packages, databases, and programming
- MS Certifications such as PL-300 and/or DP-500 are a plus
