**UX Writer (Valencia, Spain) **(Product Tech Team)**

There is a strong preference for our new UX Writer to join the team working from our offices in Valencia, Spain. Alternatively we will consider applicants from London, UK or in the Netherlands.
- Responsibilities:_
- Develop precise, persuasive (American English) copy for user interfaces, interactive experiences, microcopy, and various digital touch-points within our B2B platform
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of user needs, product goals, and intricate design requirements, while incorporating ESG considerations into the user experience.
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to gather insights on user behavior, preferences, and language patterns related to ESG matters
- Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone that aligns with our organization's values
- Write and refine copy for user flows, error messages, tooltips, onboarding experiences, and other intricate user interface elements
- Collaborate with Product Designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts
- Participate actively in usability testing sessions to gather valuable feedback and iterate on copy and messaging
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX writing, complex B2B software design, and ESG-related matters
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of style guides, design system libraries, and other UX writing documentation
- Requirements:_
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Extensive experience as a UX Writer, preferably within the realm of complex B2B software product design and development
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and how content and copy contribute to the overall user experience in complex B2B software products with an ESG focus
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, communicating with designers, product owners, developers, and other stakeholders
- Demonstrable portfolio showcasing previous UX writing work, particularly for complex B2B software products, highlighting your ability to write for intricate user interfaces and digital experiences
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, enabling you to approach challenges creatively and strategically
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
