Workforce Delivery Services Operations is part of the Customer Support & Services Delivery (CSSD) organization, focused on the governance of our contractual services for Managed Device Services and Managed Print Services portfolio. We are looking for a recent graduate, junior with no experience, for an initial 1 year temporary contract to collaborate in customized improvement projects and develop and maintain new analytics. Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships in industry is an advantage (maximum of 8 months of Internship experience).

Performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding business requirements, creating reports, analytics and business intelligence
- Works with Service Delivery Management team to set up and adapt standard reporting, based on business requirements.
- Provides insight on customer delivery performance via key performance indicators
- Identifies anomalies in data to enable issue prevention
- Optimization and standardization
- Identify improvement opportunities

**Education and Experience Required**:

- Bachelor's or Master's.
- Degree in Quality Management, Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
- Project management and analytical skills
- Typically 0-1 years experience
- Basic SQL skills, to be able to pull queries from SQL tables and prepare analysis
- Proficient level of excel and ideally PowerBI
- Set up reports according to business requirements
- Participate in projects to simplify and partially automate reports
- Drive improvements based on the analysis and business knowledge/understanding
- Basic understanding of project management

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Using data collection and analysis tools and software packages to gather, integrate and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Strong analytical, statistical and problem solving skills.
- Understanding of industry quality standards and methodologies.
- Using empirical and root
- cause analysis, modeling, and testing methodologies to identify areas for process improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English.
- Ability to effectively communicate plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at different levels.
