**About the role**
In order to improve and consolidate good practices on Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) inside the Company we are seeking for an HSE Officer to take care of the global management of the area developing the proper controls and improvement actions, as well as providing advice on risk prevention to management and employees in an ISO 9001:2015 certificated environment.

The quality coordinator is in charge to manage the quality system of a FlexLink unit.

TASK RELATED TO HSE:

- Perform hazards identification and risk assessment on job activities and workplaces to ensure they meet safety regulations.
- Promote occupational HS and good practices related within the Company and develop safer and healthier ways of working.
- Cooperate with managers, employees and other professionals needed to ensure that workplaces and job activities are conform with organizational procedures and safety standards.
- Ensure the Company is aware of, and complies with, all legislation relating to its duty of care, workplace activities and the use of its plant, equipment and substances.
- Carry out the relationship with external Competent Bodys and Regulatory Organizations.
- Manage the investigation on accidents and unsafe working conditions, study possible causes and recommend actions in cooperation with the other company figures involved.
- Manage HSE training programs and conduct training sessions for management, supervisors and workers on health and safety practices and legislation.
- Generate and maintain the corresponding and mandatory HSE documentation and promote the commitment on reporting and avoiding badpractices by all the employees.
- Coordinate emergency procedures, firefighting and first aid crews.
- Communicate regularly with management to report on the status of occupational health and safety programs.
- Coordinate annual medical check-ups, third companies’ activities and needed PPE deliverance.
- Implement the HSE Corporate Policies and maintain the relationship with the Safety Corporate Organization.
- Manage the "CAE" with clients to allow access to their facilities by internal and subcontracted personnel.
- Keep the internal database updated with internal documentation and labour providers for the "CAE".
- Report and keep updated the EMEX internal database regarding HSE.

TASK RELATED TO QUALITY COORDINATOR
- Ensure that all inputs and documentation required by the ISO 9001 Quality System are established, implemented and maintained.
- Generate QA reports.
- Develop and administrate local quality system in according to Group directions and guidelines, referring to Group OMS
- Support local operations to ensurequality assurance and fulfilment or customer requirements.
- Drive continuous improvements within all operations, collaborating with process owners and line organization and reporting to CMT (Company Management Team).
- Support and follow-up internal and external Quality audits.
- Drive corrective actions from Q audits
- Report results and corrective actions from audits performed by customer, Group Quality and LRQA to CMT and Group Quality Managers.

**About You**
- 3 years higher Diploma in Engineering or in Safety and Environmental management.
- 3 years minimum experience in a Safety Officer role in manufacturing industry.
- Certified qualification for the role of Safety Officer.
- Knowledge of standard ISO 45001:2018 and experience in Occupational health and safety management systems and risk assessment.
- Experience and ability inHSE trainingand internal audits.
- Knowledge of basic record-keeping practices.
- Computer literate with good knowledge MS office package.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English oral and written.
- Knowledge ISO 14001:2015.
- Industrial activities license ("Minimun mandatory environmental card for all companies").
- Knowledge of Quality stantards ISO 9001 (Training from recognized official Quality organization will be apreciated) andthe internal audit process
- Knowledge/experience in:

- Waste management.
- Identify environmental aspects, assess their risks.
- Carbon footprint.
- "CAE".
