**Introduction**

**Your Role and Responsibilities**
As a consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads, and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.

You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. You can take advantage of opportunities to master new skills, work across different disciplines, move into new challenges and develop a robust understanding of different industries.

Your primary responsibilities include:

- Deployment of modern SAP Analytics/Reporting offerings, requiring both functional and technical expertise to develop SAP Group Reporting solutions and best address our customers’ needs
- Work directly with customers for hands-on delivery, as well as strategic insights on how to run programs/projects efficiently from blueprint to go-live.
- Responsible for leading small project teams, as well as serve as an individual contributor, ensuring the quality of team delivery, thought leadership, keeping the team members utilized, growing our practice, and deepening our relationships with key partners.
- Counsel client executives and leaders on the benefits delivered by SAP as a strategic asset to their broader Finance Transformation journey.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Hands-on SAP Group Reporting skills, including data modelling, process setup, data governance, integration frameworks, Global Accounting Hierarchies and Group Reporting Data Collections; specifically ETL and Web Forms
- Hands-on experience creating Reporting rules for Statements of Cash Flow, and Changes in Shareholders Equity
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance Universal Journal basic concepts such as Chart of Accounts, Cost Center hierarchies, cost elements, profit center hierarchies, company code setup, etc.
- Strong techno-functional knowledge of/experience in SAP BPC Consolidation. Minimum of one full cycle SAP BPC Consolidation implementation
- Hands-on experience in SAP SEM-BCS, EC-CS, FI-LC, as well as ECC, BI, BW and a solid accounting and finance background
- Strong understanding of FP&A, Finance processes, and SAP S/4HANA Finance Journal Entries interfaces.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Background on SAP BPC / SAP Analytics Cloud Planning / SAP COPA / Margin Analysis / CO / Universal Allocations
- Solid experience in or exposure to SAP Finance modules (FI-CO, CO-PA) a plus
- Knowledge of upcoming changes in SAP Analytics & Finance, as well as an eagerness to learn, prototype, and grow expertise in the latest relevant financial technologies.
- German language skills are an advantage
