- Onboard customers to establish business relationships & ensure completion of their initial business outcome with Woztell.
- Work with Sales to create project pipeline.
- Maintain a high level of customer response and satisfaction based upon attrition indicators.
- Coordinate relevant review on customer performance and support recommendations to increase the business benefits and usage of Woztell product.
- Maintain an excellent relationship with the key stakeholders of the account and convert these relationships and conversations into significant outcomes, such as account growth and usage increase.
- Serve as the escalation point for any items within the account.
- Support the licence and renewal process.

- Requirements:
- Dedicate time & patience to learn the technology and deal with client issues, which can inspire business opportunities.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills in English & Spanish.
- Strong organization and follow-up skills with attention to details.
- Willing to adapt to consultative solution selling methodology.
- Comfortable with connecting and selling to senior executives within organizations.
