**Senior Manufacturing Engineer**

**Description**

Unique opportunity to join Green Hydrogen sector at the modern new Site of Electrolyzers in ACCELERA by Cummins

Work model: 100% ONSITE Guadalajara, Spain.

Very high level of English is a MUST (C1 equivalent minimum).

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways**:

- Leads the planning, designing, purchasing, and implementation of changes to the manufacturing equipment and systems.
- Leads the work for specific projects to create and implement all aspects of a manufacturing processes to ensure safety requirements, manufacturing goals, business goals, and product specifications are met.
- Impacts the work by utilizing continuous improvement tools, following the Cummins standards, and leading the development of manufacturing standards and working methods.
- Leads the communications with and influences key external stakeholders, business leaders, and functional members.
- Works with internal and external resources on specific project assignments.

**Qualifications**

**To be successful in this role you will need the following**:

- College, university, or equivalent degree required: Technical Engineering (Industrial especialized in Mechanical preferably).
- Relevant work experience required (8-10 years experience) at Industrial plats, as Manufacturing or Process engineering.
- Very good level in **English is a MUST (C1 equivalent)**:

- 2D/3D Drawings :CAD knowlege (CREO preferably)
- Skills: Problem Solving, Health & Safety fundamentals, Action oriented, Communicates Effectively, Collaborative, Proactive, Optimizes work processes.
