**Purpose of Position**:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Procurement Manager to spearhead the establishment of a robust procurement function within our organization. This role is pivotal in optimizing our costs and ensuring efficient procurement processes in close collaboration with the business and their needs.

***Key Tasks**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with the company's strategy and business model.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand requirements and align procurement activities with organizational goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic vendors to meet the company's needs.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality of products and services.
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end procurement processes for goods and services.
- Establish and enforce procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and transparency.
- Implement cost reduction initiatives and monitor their effectiveness over time.
- Lead contract negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms, including pricing, delivery schedules, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify and mitigate procurement-related risks, ensuring business continuity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain procurement metrics and reporting systems to track performance and identify improvement areas.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on procurement activities, cost savings, and vendor performance.

**Skills & Expertise**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in procurement, with a focus on IT procurement and digital business models
- Proven experience in building and managing procurement functions in dynamic environments
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages might be considered a plus
- In-depth knowledge of digital business models and IT procurement best practices
- Proficient usage of MS Office
