**IRC221637 - LEGAL ASSOCIATE**

At **Eni**, we are looking for a **Legal Associate** within **Eni Plenitude Iberia S.L.U.** **in **Santander, Cantabria**. You will be responsible for (customer claims) reception, registration, and subsequent response to complaints from consumer bodies and state authorities.

This membership represents a major European project, integrating the renewables business with the retail business and will allow us to progressively increase our offer of services, infrastructures, and green energy for our customers, providing our team with greater professional projection and growth.

**As a member of** **the legal affairs team at **Eni Plenitude Iberia S.L.U.** **you will be responsible for**:
DIRECT CONSUMER CLAIMS:

- Reception, registration, and subsequent response to complaints from customers or insurers.

CONTRACTS AND DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT
- Creating of contracts for new collaborations and projects and drafting of minor internal company support documents.
- Documentary management of all contractual documentation, powers of attorney and sensitive company data.

DATA PROTECTION
- Reception, registration and subsequent response to data protection and privacy complaints.

REGULATORY AFFAIRS
- Studying and report all news about regulatory affairs in Portugal, all the news about renewable area.
- Attending at meetings of ACEMEL and other possible associations with which it could collaborate.

TRIALS AND DISPUTES
- Assisting and drafting of claims for payment.
- Attending to all kinds of claims and proceedings in which Aldro is involved.

REPORT
- Reporting all this tasks to the person in charge, with the objective to analyze all there.
