Valet - Housekeeping

**What will I be doing?**
A Valet is responsible for supporting the customer experience by providing high levels of cleanliness, comfort and support to the team of Floor Waitresses. Main tasks:

- Ensure support is provided to the laundry function when required
- Ensure that the tools required for your shift are well organised, and that you have everything you need for your shift.
- Clean and prepare assigned areas including but not limited to lift landings and room corridors.
- Stocking offices and storage areas.
- Perform seasonal cleaning, e.g. carpet cleaning, mattress turning.
- Assist the Housekeepers whenever necessary.
- Report incidents to Maintenance.
- Know and operate the necessary cleaning machinery.
- Attending to special requests from clients.
- Performing any other duties related to the department when required by operations.
- Maintain a safe environment for self, customers and colleagues. Respecting the privacy of customers where appropriate, as well as behaving in accordance with the company's safety and security standards
