**FUND SERVICES**:

- BNP Paribas in its Fund Services activity offers administration services to IICS, pension funds, EPSVs, etc.) including NAV calculation, client reporting and regulatory reporting, tax preparation as well as the keeping of the register of participants.

**ABOUT THE JOB**:

- MISSION

The contributor will ensure that business processes are carried out in an efficient, controlled and timely manner whilst managing risk and minimizing losses. The person will appropriately and continuously seek to improve the effectiveness whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This scope of this position covers the Internal Control Team.
- RESPONSIBILITIES
- To be efficient and proactively anticipate operational issues;- To be compliant with regulatory obligations and make sure the risk is appropriately controlled and losses minimized;- To continuously seek to optimize process flows by escalating issues;- To be organized and communicative to work actively with the team;- To know, understand and follow the market rules.- To comply with internal policies, guidelines and procedures at all times;- To work with a top quality service to maintain the high level client focus.- Perform all the internal control defined with clients (pricing accountancy, trades ).- Daily- Weekly- Monthly- Quarterly- Annually- Set up of new clients.- Migration of new clients.- End of year closing of funds and SICAV wihtin DPI system.- Control of all accruals.- Respond to any query from internal or external sources in relation to the activity.- Follow up reconciliation team and activities:
- Control breaks- Resolution of queries- Follow up of long-term breaks.- REQUIREMENTS
- Studies- Bachelor degree (business administration, economics.)
- Experience- Languages- Upper intermediate level of English
- SKILLS
- TechnicalMicrosoft office package
