Kronospan is a world-leading manufacturer of wood-based panels using advanced technology with 125 years history of success with over 50 plants across the globe, and as such, we have pioneered many of our industry's key advances and will continue to lead product development and innovation into the future.

We open the third production plant in Spain, located in Tortosa. With an initial investment of 270 million euros and more than 180 direct jobs. The group will invest in Tortosa around than 500 million euros in the coming years and reach at least 300 employees. This new Greenfield location will help us to expand our European operations and explore new and emerging markets.

From the Human Resources department of Kronospan, we look for incorporate an Export Manager who reports directly to the sales director and coordinates the country managers of the countries where Kronospan exports.

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Build, with the CEO and Sales Director, the international sales pole to attack the market and make Kornospan number 1 in Spain and Portugal.
- Visit key customers
- Analyze the market to find new sales opportunities and develop with our customers.
- Management of the entire sales team.
- Complies with Kronospan quality and sales standards.
- Cooperate with production departments.
- Coordination, control of all commercials
- Control of external agencies
- Search and fulfillment of objectives.
- Identify the best employees to develop them.
- Keep the team motivated
- Responsible for all company sales
- Propose and develop new markets.

**Requirements**:
We are looking for a person with communication skills, experience in teamwork and in dynamic areas. With more than 5 years of demonstrable experience.
- Studies: Degree in Engineering, Degree or F.P. in administration.
- English: high level.
- French: high level. (Essential requirements. Indispensable requirements)
- Knowledge of other languages is valued.
