We are looking for a business analyst for our debt management area. If you have previous experience working with data, defining and implementing strategies to achieve objectives keep reading

**What you’ll do**:

- Analyze and transform data to meet objectives
- Debt portfolio strategy segmentation and definition
- Design and process debt flows
- Conduct follow-up reports on debt portfolios
- Understand client needs and objectives to work on solutions
- Elaborating reports and presentations to stakeholders
- Manage a team of analysts

**What experience you need**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Studies with a high quantitative component (Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Finance, etc)
- Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- At least 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
