We are looking to meet our new IT Transformation Lead to coordinate and manage various projects in 2023 across all business areas and countries in line with their strategic plan working closely with IT Senior Leadership Team (AXA Partners CIOs) and the Agile Lab.

You are a natural leader who loves to empower team members, promote innovation and can work collaboratively with others and leverage their skills to the maximum.
You are highly analytical and strategic with the ability to think outside the box and deliver and interpret complex management information and statistics. You will be able to create strong interactions with Single Point of Contacts in all IT departments in charge of the DevOps, Agile and Quality insurance maturity.
What does your day-to-day look like?
The IT Transformation Lead will:
- Lead the Agile transformation of the AXA Partners IT family from start to end. Spreading agile culture and be responsible for transfer that knowledge.
- Experiments (according to the context) new ways of working (tools, approaches). You will define and deploy an Agile Orchestration framework, in coordination with the Agile Lab.
- Speed the DevOps practices adoption. You will work with each squad/project on an improvement plan to increase the maturity level and watch new DevOps market practices and upgrade AXA Partners DevOps standards with those new practices.
- Lead and deploy the Quality assurance practices across AXA Partners. Define testing and QA standards for all phases of the SDLC, influencing all parties to conform to those standards.
- Lead and deploy other transformation practices in the AXA Partners IT family.
- Coordination, steering and communication. Ensure a proper definition of SLAs/KPIs for Agile, DevOps & QAs matters and manage the implementation and the follow-up.
- Team management. Assure capacity planning to secure delivery maintaining balanced workload (positive eNPS). Focus on team performance, attracting and developing employees as well as fostering a new culture of collaboration across the department.
**Your Profile**
Your skills and experience
- Computer Science engineering degree or equivalent.
- Fluent in Spanish, French and English.
- Strong experience in managing large, diverse teams of IT professionals (operating in matrix organisations).
- Expertise regarding Agile principles, DevOps and Quality assurance practices.
- Extensive experience working in technology within a company with a solid understanding of technology.
- Strong experience leading change and championing transformative IT which are sources of competitive advantage and differentiation.
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
- High level of maturity in people interface skills, working both across cultures and at various levels of the organization.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, strong influencer at all levels.
- A high degree of work ethics and leads by example.
