Lead Administrator

Our company, one of the area’s leading 5* agencies providing luxury property services to decerning clients, requires a highly-experienced PA / Lead Administrator

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide assistance to the directors with implementing agreed plans and strategies
- Ensure offices and/or company is opened and closed in accordance with company policy
- Establish and maintain the data base, plus develop current client and potential client relationships
- Act as a key member of the team
- Prepare a variety of status reports as requested, including activity, closings, follow-up
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times, in accordance with the company’s ethics and working practice
- Constantly maintain a thorough knowledge of newly available products as well as the local area and amenities
- Provide 5* customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction throughout the property search
- Must be able to multitask.
- Knowledge of CRM Systems, Microsoft Office products
- Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others.
- Knowledge of latest communication methods

Planning/Organising

Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.
