The Role

SDN Network Engineer is responsible for deploying standard design and architectures, working closely with Network Architects, Project Managers and Consultants.

You must be able to provide technical leadership for integration of cross network services and hands-on experience to transform high-level and low-level solutions into technical implementation.

You must be able to establish, implement, and enforce appropriate standards in the creation and implementation of the solution whenever project requirements call for or would benefit from the use of standards.

Who You Are
- The Network Specialist is responsible for deploying standard design and architectures, working closely with Network Architects, Project Managers and Consultants..
- The Network Specialist must be able to provide technical leadership for integration of cross network services and hands-on experience to transform high-level and low-level solutions into technical implementation.
- They must be able to establish, implement, and enforce appropriate standards in the creation and implementation of the solution whenever project requirements call for or would benefit from the use of standards.
- Solid security and traditional networking knowledge with, at least, +5 years of real technical working experience focused in these areas.
- At least, 2-year experience working in SDN project (SD-WAN, SD-LAN, SD Datacenter) with real hands-on experience (not just courses or Certification) in at least 2 of the following technologies: Cisco ACI, Fortinet and/or Aruba SD-WAN, Juniper Contrail.
- Knowledge in hybrid cloud / multicloud networking with the main Hyperscalers and knowledge in related solutions such as Cloudflare, Aviatrix.
- Required CCNA or CCNP Certified.

Preferred
- Networking Automation skills around network management and orchestration tools, development skills with API integration knowledge.
- Terraform modules / Ansible Playbooks Development.
- Netskope, Zscaler hands-on experience.
- Knowledge in hybrid cloud / multicloud networking with the main Hyperscalers and knowledge in related solutions such as Cloudflare, Aviatrix.
