MISSION
To manage Business Activity Coordination with external companies conducting activities.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
Coordination of BU requirements through external companies (mainly in the R&D area).
Follow-up of outsourced projects.
KPI monitoring.
Prepare, control and review statement of work and documentation about confidentiality with external suppliers.
Performing benchmarking activities about different R&D Suppliers companies.
PO preparation, control and review.
Conduct periodical tests and internal audits.
Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
**Academic background**: Professional training
**Languages**: Medium English (spoken and written)
**Experience**: Minimum of 2 year in a similar position
