Support to manager's new additional role as Airbus R&T Nat Representative for Spain

**Specific responsibilities include**:
Here are the following tasks expected to be hold by the Secretary for the CTO organization in Spain and Technology Planning and Roadmapping perimeter.

Manage calendar
- Reserve meeting rooms and ensure videoconference working properly prior to meetings

Manage Travel / expenses / time
- Travel arrangements: reserve flights, hotel, car and others
- Claim travel expenses and other expenditures

Support Information management (IM) topics
- Create, follow-up and resolve all IM issues and requests

Support Click n' buy
- Create Click n' buy shopping cart (e.g. office supplies ), purchase orders, reception of merchandise ordered and good receipt with finance, as well as resolution on any problem, together with procurement and finance organizations

Support Facility Management
- Reserve catering (breakfast, business lunches, cocktails, etc )
- Office space planning and management (in coordination with Facility Management) including office moves (e.g. CTO GET Director Plan)
- Create, follow-up and resolve all FM issues and requests (maintenance, repair, upkeeping )
- Support and manage special office areas in TLS (e.g. CDF) and GET (e.g. R&T Plateau, Protospace)

Support Budget control
- Support control and tracking of team budget -together with finance controller
- to help ensure cost target

Preparation of Events
- Support organization, logistics and coordination of internal and external events and visits (team events, workshops, roadshows...)

Support Data Management
- Support team data management e.g. G-drive documents, folders and drives organization and maintenance, access permissions, documents versioning, archiving
- Support in launching and maintaining team IM tools (e.g. portfolio management tool)

Support Communications
- Support team communication activities in close coordination with Comms department: internal (Hub, articles in internal magazine Airbuzzl ), external (press releases, LTT )

Documents editing
- Support document preparation, editing and formatting e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Excel

**Requirements**:
Between 3-5 years of experience in related positions.

High level of English and Spanish is a must
