We are constantly looking for new members to join our fast-growing TECH Support team. Our team provide prime TECH services to all our colleagues across the world in our fashion business.

We are located in sunny Málaga, our department is around 60 employees. We put a lot of energy into generating a great sense of team spirit alongside a high degree of ownership and dedication to providing service excellence to our users. Therefore, it is important to us that all our colleagues are natural team players facing every challenge as great opportunities with their service minded, positive and proactive attitude.

We communicate with many different users across cultures, so it is essential to have excellent communication skills and being able to meet the users at their level of competence.

Our biggest markets are Germany and the Netherlands, so if you are fluent in those languages, that will be an advantage

The team have a key position in providing TECH support our more than 2000 fashion stores in Europe. They are responsible for solving incidents and service requests to ensure that our colleagues can focus on their responsibilities.

This position requires to be fluent in English, basic grasp in troubleshooting hardware and software products, an understanding of network concepts, good analytical and problem-solving skills, and affinity for technical solutions.
