**Responsibilities**:
**Client Consultation**: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options in their native language.
**Sales Generation**: Proactively generate leads, network, and engage with potential clients to expand the client base.
**Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on insurance products, services, and industry trends to articulate benefits.
**Policy Management**: Assist clients in understanding policy terms, processing claims, and resolving any issues proficiently in their native language.
**Compliance**: Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies.
**Relationship Building**: Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service to foster trust and loyalty.
**Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales targets.

**Qualifications**:
Fluency in English and one more language (from example - German, Russian, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish, Finnish).
Preferred experience in sales or customer service within the insurance industry.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong negotiation abilities and sales acumen.
Knowledge of sales techniques, insurance products, regulations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
