**You are a Youtube Expert**, with +3 years of experience captivating audiences and scaling 100k+ channels, you have In-depth knowledge of YouTube content creators, trends, and audience preferences in France and all over the world.
**You're good at figuring stuff out. **You're willing and able to learn new skills by using Google and YouTube, and don't shy away from responsibility, always a step ahead in leveraging new knowledge to craft hit content.
**You are a master at creating videos **:ideas, filming, editing (Premiere Pro and After Effects) storytelling, and crafting engaging narratives that resonate with viewers.
**You already consume self development, **entrepreneurial and educational content in your free time.
**You consider yourself as an A-player **who is ready to take on the mission of transforming the lives of thousands of people, using the power of Youtube.

**This is a full-time position, carried out from our beautiful offices in Dubai or from the comfort of your couch anywhere you’re located. Fluency in written French and English is mandatory.**

**YOUR MISSION**:
Your main goal will be to elevate Paradox's brand presence on Youtube by scaling content output and maintaining quality and brand alignment.
To achieve this, here are your responsibilities:
**1- Content Creation**
**Content Creation for David Laroche FR**:Produce 2 authoritative educational face cam videos per month that are designed to be standout pieces for the David Laroche FR channel. Dive deep into research for each piece of content, crafting 20-30 minute scripts that are authoritative and backed by studies and expert opinions.
**Content Creation and Interview preparation for Paradox Sans Filtre**:crafting the blueprint for 4 monthly interviews with celebrities or experts. This includes preparing David Laroche with comprehensive background information, achievements, and thought-provoking questions for each guest, ensuring the interviews are both
