We are looking for a talented **Junior Finance & Accounting Controller** to help us change the world of digital advertising together.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**
- You will be responsible for the reconciliation of the bank accounts.
- You will be responsible for the accounting and control of the accruals and loans.
- You will be part of the monthly closing accounting process.
- You will be responsible for the correct accounting of the factoring of the company.
- You will support and cooperate with the financial monthly, quarterly and annually closing process.
- You will collaborate to develop appropriate processes for the accounting and closing procedures.
- You will reconcile VAT and other taxes with the declarations submitted in each country.
- You will participate in the external audits process.
- You will support the team in projects related to the accounting area.
**YOU WILL SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE IF**
- You have a business management or finance related degree.
- You have between 2-3 years of a strong accounting background and tax knowledge.
- You are fluent in English and Spanish. Other languages would be an advantage.
- You have thorough experience with spreadsheets and excel.
- You are attentive to detail and well organized.
- You possess strong prioritization skills; flexibility and ability to multitask on a daily basis
- You are not afraid to speak up, make mistakes, learn from them and propose improvements.
- You have an international and multicultural mindset.
